Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Finance Executive, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Finance Director for FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis for our division. This includes preparing the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long range plans, and reporting out the monthly financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.What You Will Be DoingDevelop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support the division's strategic objectivesPrepare the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long range plansReport out the monthly financial results, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvementCollaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsProvide financial guidance and analysis to the VP of Finance and other senior leaders within the divisionManage a team of financial managers and analysts and ensure they are meeting performance expectationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the division and across the companyWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar roleStrong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and forecastingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholdersExperience managing a team of financial analystsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling toolsCPA or MBA preferredApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
