EPM allows all Blue Origin business units to benefit from commonly used capabilities, hardware, and software and assists business units in identifying, selecting, and training engineers from both inside and outside the organization.As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will contribute to aerospace applications of Computer Aided Design (CAD) in support of all phases design, development, testing and operations. We are seeking an expert individual with excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and analytics skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will implement and complete configuration and data management of Autodesk AutoCAD application suite. You will ensure the implementation is consistent with company policies.In this hands-on position, you will work to increase the speed and efficiency of the program by supporting the timely delivery, quality, and transparency of data to support program activity and business systems. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedication and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Install, configure, and maintain AutoCAD software and related applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AutoCAD users.Manage software updates, patches, and license renewals.Ensure optimal performance of AutoCAD systems through regular maintenance and performance tuning.Develop and implement procedures for data management and backup related to AutoCAD projects.Collaborate with the IT and Engineering teams to integrate AutoCAD with other enterprise systems.Train and support staff on AutoCAD functionalities and best practices.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.Monitor and manage AutoCAD network licenses and usage.Assist in the development and enforcement of CAD standards and protocols.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AutoCAD System Administrator or similar role.Proficiency in AutoCAD software and related applications.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and network environments.Experience with virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., AutoCAD Certified Professional) are a plus.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using AutoCAD P&ID/Plant 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD Electrical.Experience using a user support ticketing tool such as Jira.Ability to read and comprehend Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Electrical schematics.Familiarity with the PLM process and standard methodologies.Familiarity or experience administrating Autodesk Vault.Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.CompensationCompensation range for on-site WA applicants is $104,490-$139,320. Compensation range for on-site CA applicants is $104,490-$139,320.
