The candidate should have strong facilitation and instructional design skills. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills are vital. This candidate is also required to have DISC, EQI & Kirkpatrick Method skills. 30% of travel is required.What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Director of Training, you will be responsible for executing all retail training programs through various learning modalities. Support the Director of Training to assess, adapt, and develop training content to fill identified skills or curriculum gaps for the region. This role is based out of New York City.In this role, you will:Work on all transversal retail projects and content development to support business needs and new initiatives.Conduct all train-the-trainers’ workshops for existing retail training programs both online and offline.Create all training recaps and follow-up action plans.Provide evaluations for post-training endeavors to demonstrate training ROI.Support all regional trainers, including co-facilitation, business insights, training strategy, and communication.Manage all onboarding guidelines and HQ initiatives.Promote knowledge through BLOOM with VCA to achieve all learning performance goals for Americas.Facilitate core program training workshops.More than a role…we recruit for a career!By joining Van Cleef and Arpels, you will be part of a Maison where employee career development is at the heart of our ambition.
