Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking an experienced ED Nurse - Full Time - 3-12s; night shift (7 PM- 7 AM); EO Weekend requirement. This role is eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

As an Inova Nurse you will:Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
Job Requirements:Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required.Proficient in English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
