Cloud Engineer
to join our team and help us deliver high-quality cloud solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting application teams, developing executable plans, and implementing best practices for migrating applications to the cloud.What you will do
Advise the team on solutions to work within our AWS environmentTroubleshoot and configure within our environmentHelp with the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based reporting solutionsWork with the team to secure and maintain RMF accreditation for the applicationResolve and eliminate cyber risks and vulnerabilities across the application spacePerform system upgrade activities of BI Reporting Tool SetMaintain and adjudicate FISMA/ACSA findings for monthly system security scansCoordinate with ISSO for POA&M Responses as neededDevelop and maintain yearly cloud account budgets for senior leadershipWhat you need to have
Must maintain a
TS/SCI clearance
and be able to work in a hybrid mode in Suitland at minimumBachelor's Degree and 5 to 8 years of experience supporting an infrastructure management teamExperience in migrating applications to cloud, preferably AWSKnowledge of application architecture in the cloud, including refactoring, integration with other services, and securityFamiliarity with DSO standards and processesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWindows and Linux Administration experienceExperience with scripting for automationWhat we'd like you to have
