Overview

We are seeking a VP, US Patient Services, to lead our industry-leading patient services organization. This role will report to the SVP, Head of US and TTR Lead ("SVP, US Head") and will oversee strategy and execution of this critical capability. This role will be a member of the core US Leadership Team ("USLT") and will work closely with the extended US Leadership team including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and Strategic Technology to build and deliver best-in-class services through comprehensive Case Management and Patient Education.The position is hybrid and located at Alnylam headquarters in Cambridge, MA.Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of patient services strategies that support the successful launch and ongoing management of all Alnylam commercial products (TTR and Rare franchise). This includes oversight of the Alnylam patient "hub", as well the Patient Engagement Liaison organization.Oversee the ongoing development of patient financial support programs across both franchises.Drive and integrate new technologies and digital solutions to enhance patient engagement and program effectiveness with a focus on scaling business to meet the future needs of a Specialty marketplace.Partner closely with cross-functional teams and field leadership to drive clear and consistent communication across external customers including patients, caregivers, HCP/HCO stakeholders and payors and Alnylam's field-based teams.Develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive external customer satisfaction, business efficiency and effectiveness and inform decision-making to optimize patient services offerings.Lead and mentor a team of patient services professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications

10-15 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience including at least 5-10 years within or leading a Patient Services hub.Proven track record in team building and managing complex operations within patient services and/or patient education teams.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.Collaborative working style across functions and expertise areas.Familiarity with technology and tools used to manage Patient Hubs and commercial channels.Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MPH is preferred.About Alnylam:
