Manage, develop and strengthen Private Banking client relationships, providing high-quality, comprehensive and tailor-made Private Banking services.Explore potential Private Banking clients, increase HNW clients market share, and actively perform cross-selling to improve clients’ portfolios.Lead and provide supervision over a group of Relationship Managers by offering coaching and leadership on client acquisition and management to build sustainable business growth and achieve goals predetermined by Senior Management.Requirements
Degree or above, preferably in BBA, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Financial Management.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in client management.Sound knowledge in investment and insurance business, banking operations, risk management, and business practices.Possess a strong sense of awareness of people, able to identify bottlenecks and motivate sales staff appropriately.Possess qualifications in HKSI (Type 1 & 4), ECF–CPWP, CFA, CFP, CFMP preferred.Proficient in local regulations regarding customer KYC, portfolio management solutions, and risk matters.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua, in both spoken and written forms.
