About the role:We are seeking a creative, bold and impactful leader to build and manage our global diversity recruiting partnerships strategy. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic partnerships and initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our talent acquisition function. Our partnership's footprint will strengthen Gartner's employer brand and serve as a bridge between our organization and the larger global community. The Director, DEI Partnerships will develop and scale global multi-year external diversity partnerships strategy and programs across Talent Acquisition, the DEI Center of Excellence, and organizational leaders. Ultimately, you will contribute to making us a more representative global organization.What you will do:Act as a thought leader and advocate for DEI in recruitment, both within the company and the broader community.Strengthen and execute the comprehensive DEI partnership strategy specifically focused on talent acquisition.Collaborate with internal teams to align DEI partnerships with global talent acquisition goals and priorities and ensure the strategy is also tailored to region and country specific nuances, where appropriate.Identify, evaluate, cultivate, and maintain relationships with the external partners that serve and support underrepresented groups with strong management and execution of partnership activations, including but not limited to, development and planning, research, communication, briefing, production, vendor/partner management, and reporting.Plan and manage partner agreements to ensure mutual benefits and successful outcomes (i.e. partner with procurement, finance, legal/ombudsman, and others to oversee contracts, financial transactions, and compliance of all partnership agreements).Collaborate with external and internal cross-functional partners to operationalize, scale, and execute diversity activities identified as a part of the partnership agreement (i.e. events, social media activations, outreach efforts, etc.).Define and evaluate ROI and measures of success to assess the impact of DEI partnerships in talent acquisition.Represent our organization at DEI and recruitment events, conferences, forums, etc.What you will need:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of experience in program management, diversity and inclusion, and/or recruiting with a focus on increasing representation in a company/organization (10+ years preferred).Ability to build and implement enterprise-wide and scalable programs and solutions.Ability to build influential and real relationships, internally and externally while also leading and driving change.Clear demonstration of driving results and having an impact in your work by applying an equity lens to day to day work; experience working and co-creating with members of Underrepresented Groups.Experience in cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally.Experience in creating, cultivating, and managing partnerships.Strong communication skills.Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, proactive, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.Consultative skills to innovate/help internal clients change the lens on how we recruit.What you will get:Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more!Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity.Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities.
