The RAID/HBA Storage Engineer will drive development of Lenovo RAID/HBA products and solutions with our partners. This engineer will support the design, development and debug of new RAID/HBA subsystem solutions and support them through their lifecycle. In this role you will work closely with the server platform engineering team to implement and design solutions. Responsibilities also include leading the debug of complex issues and root cause investigation. This role will be technology focal point on RAID/HBA product to support other functional areas within the broader team. Managing lab hardware setup and configuration along with site to site shipments and tracking. You will work closely with our worldwide team in a dynamic environment.Basic Qualifications:

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical fieldAt least 5 years of experience in HW/FW/DD Design of Storage and Server subsystemsPrior Storage industry experience with RAID/HBA technologyAt least 1 year of experience with PCIe/NVMe, SAS, SATA protocolsPrevious Protocol analyzer experienceExperience with Hardware and Storage debugProficient in Linux/Windows/VMWare Operating systemsKnowledge of HW Development processesKnowledge of Server technologies including HW, UEFI, BMC architecturePreferred Qualifications:
