Assist USAF Sustainment Manager with Financial Planning and Analyses for the USAF Programs, with estimated annual sales of $200M.Fully support Sustainment, working closely with the assigned PM and leveraging with other Sr. Level Analysts to ensure that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed, and submitted in a timely manner.Provide internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit, and cash forecasting and analysis) and billing support of Manual Invoice Requests (MIRs).Responsible for all the Financial Analysis and Business Management for assigned IPT(s) or PM under the USAF Sustainment Program.Thorough knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Business development is required.Assist in consolidating, reporting, and analyzing the financial performance of the Program to meet forecasting and AOP guidance.Prepare weekly analysis and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to management.Work in a highly dynamic, high-pressure environment.Cultivate improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous control monitoring through utilization of Raytheon’s systems and accounting processes.Responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.Working knowledge of SAP R/3, BW/BPS System Tools, CART, and Cash workflow system.Qualifications We Prefer

Excellent communication skills required to coordinate financial data and inputs across multiple Production sites across the U.S. and internationally. Some travel required.Ability to be self-sufficient as well as operate in a team environment, supporting the Functional business efforts.Flexibility in job abilities and excellent communication skills.What We Offer
