This inclusive employer is a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Currently we are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our account team. Our Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing revenue and expense analysis and business trend analysis for all locations within the client portfolio. This will be a collaborative team member supporting core business analysis and metrics for the account. Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change.Monthly & quarterly report generation.Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity.Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments or appendices.Support and track client billing activities.Assist with vendor management & AP.Assist with the calculation of fees (i.e. Management and Incentive) as needed.Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication.Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities for assigned portfolio.Maintain and enhance reporting.Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.Special projects and other functions as required by manager.Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of accounting, analysis, and operating experience.2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis/accounting (experience within the real estate industry is a plus).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage competing and changing priorities.Effective decision-maker with elevated level of attention to detail.Excellent level of customer service.Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned.Advanced MS Excel skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive mindset and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
