We hire energetic and creative employees while providing them the opportunity to excel in their careers and make a difference for our clients.Galileo Financial Technologies, LLC seeks Staff Software Engineer in Seattle, WA:Job Duties:Lead the design, development, and testing of systems and services.Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to production.Ensure the codebase remains easy to change and is always shippable.Deliver highly available services in a production environment and be responsible for their monitoring.Participate in a 24/7 pager-rotation for services that the team develops.Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.Collaborate with product and design on new initiatives and features.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements:DynamoDB2 years of experience with JavaObject Oriented DesignUnit TestIntegration TestingAgile DevelopmentPerforming Code ReviewsAPIsAny suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
