Tax Manager
to join our
Commercial Real Estate
team located in our
Denver
Office in a hybrid capacity.This position will support our
Real Estate
Industry Group and more specifically, the
Commercial Real Estate
team. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and paid time off for employees to volunteer.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the year.Experience in financial statement preparation of compilations/reviews, preparing tax returns including 1065 & 1120-S.Assist with the process and review of tax returns.Various financial analysis including balance sheets and income statements.Ad hoc projects.YOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred.CPA, JD, or EA preferred.Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience within the real estate industry.2+ years of supervisory experience.Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills, as well as exceptional client service skills.Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software, including ProSystem, CCH Axcess, and CCH Engagement.Solid project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.In
Colorado , the salary range for a
Tax Manager
is $105,000 to $170,000.
