Emergency Veterinary HospitalDuties:
Provide immediate and comprehensive care to animals with urgent medical needs, conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics, communicate effectively with pet owners, and perform emergency procedures as necessary.Schedule:
No primary clinical shifts required; 2 weekends a month requiredReports to:
Market OwnerAdditional Duties:
Leadership and mentorship of ER vets, ensuring medical excellence, overseeing staff retention and growth plans, conducting case audits, managing medical errors, and active involvement in community eventsRequirements:
Degree:
DVM, VMD, or equivalentExperience:
Minimum of 3 years in traditional 24/7 ER and critical case managementSkills:
Proficiency in critical cases, surgery, endoscopy, and teachingCustomer Satisfaction:
Top-tier, with NPS over 90% of home hospitalLeadership:
Previous experience in leadership or team management preferredValues:
