Cutwater Sales Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Merchandising Specialist to drive regional awareness and sales of Cutwater through merchandising, building displays, shelf optimization, resets, and consumer activations/events. As a Sales Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale stakeholders, executing brand sales and marketing strategies and engaging consumers to build brand loyalty. Candidates must be highly motivated and results oriented. You will represent one of the world's largest brewing companies whilst growing your career in a fun, quick paced, and dynamic working environment. Roles will report to Cutwater Off Premise Regional Sales Lead and collaborate and take direction from local Cutwater Field Sales Team.What We Offer:Competitive pay ratesMonthly incentives up to $1000 for specific KPIsFull-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company match$500 per month car and $50 cell phone allowanceGenerous Paid Time-OffResponsibilities:Build and maintain Cutwater Spirits Product displaysEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesaler(s)Deliver execution excellence to increase ROS through merchandising, building displays, shelf optimization, resets, and consumer activations/eventsIdentify Display, Merchandising, and shelf space opportunities within accountsCompletion of daily activities tracking through KarmaProvide market intelligence on local and regional activities/landscapeAchieve and/or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)Manage local budget & budget reporting/reconciliationQualifications:Must be of legal drinking age (21+)Driving is an essential function of this job and therefore you must be able to maintain a valid/current driver's license and have access to reliable transportationAvailable to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekendsAccess to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access (Must have Excel and PPT experience)Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the fieldBachelor's Degree is preferred but not required (focused studies in business, marketing, sales)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicFlexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skillsOrganizational skills to meet weekly deadlinesJob Will Remain Open Until Filled
