as DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) Manager to join our diverse team of professionals. This leadership position is located onsite in

San Diego, CA .Essential Functions:Under the direction and leadership of the Product Support tech team lead, the DMSMS Manager will work with Product Support and adjacent program functions to ensure proactive DMSMS management and services are executed in accordance with the Program Statement of Work (SOW). This individual will lead internal DMSMS engineers and may include other internal/external teammates/suppliers to ensure program performance, cost/schedule, and quality objectives are achieved in collaboration with the program team. He/she will also coordinate and lead preparation of presentation materials to support DMS status review, Program Integration Reviews, and proposal efforts. This leader will also be the Control Account Manager (CAM) of the DMSMS funding, ensuring accurate financial projection reporting to Business Management.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM field and 9 years of experience in obsolescence management, engineering, and/or Product Support or a Master of Science Degree in a STEM field and 7 years of experience in obsolescence management, engineering, and/or Product Support.* Demonstrated financial management skills including development and control of program budgets, schedules, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and the ability to recognize and capture program changes.* Willing and able to travel up to 20%.* Current active in-scope DOD Secret Clearance, with the ability to maintain special access.* US Citizenship is a requirement for employment.Preferred Qualifications:* Current active in-scope DOD Top Secret Clearance with V2 special access.* Previous experience working with Contracts and/or Program Management.* Previous experience working Product Support efforts on development and/or sustainment programs.* Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Salary Range:

$151,900 - $227,900. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
