Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.

5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.

5 years of experience in compilers and C++ programming language.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

3 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a distributed team of engineers, driving impact projects while supporting collaboration and alignment on goals, outcomes, timelines, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Enable high-performance embeddings for current and future generations of TPUs.

Work with Machine Learning (ML) framework teams to design and support new APIs.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
