We strive to enable TikTok to become the most trusted and secure platform in the US through operational excellence in content moderation.In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.ResponsibilitiesLead the weekly business review (WBR) process for the Safety Operations team, including executive level presentations and performance meetings.Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports that benchmark and track progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives.Work with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.Support demand forecasting and modeling capabilities related to how fast we should be growing our expenses and our investment in our moderation workforce.Conduct data mining, regression analysis and other quantitative analysis using industry standard statistical and business analytics techniques.Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams.Our Operations team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsProficiency in Excel & Sheets and hands-on experience in SQL.Experience working with Business Insights tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.Experience in data science programming languages (e.g., Python, R).Comfortable with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines.Strong communication, presentation & documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related subjects is preferred.5+ years of experience in management, business process improvement, or analytical roles in content moderation or similar fields.Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.Wellbeing StatementTrust & Safety recognizes that keeping our platform safe is no ordinary job. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
