Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.Additional Requirements: Comprehensive liability insurance, current CPR certification, and completion of CPI training within 30 days of hire.Salary: $250,000 to $350,000.The Psychiatrist works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans, ensuring safe, therapeutic, and competent patient care. A strong work ethic and desire to participate in and grow a team-oriented organization are essential. The team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and educators.
