Nature and Scope of Job

USDM Life Sciences is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to support our clients with the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure projects are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, including GxP where applicable.

Additional Responsibilities

Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.

Assist in managing project budgets and financial tracking.

Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and reports.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

2-3 years of project management experience, preferably within the life sciences industry.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.

Experience in managing projects in a regulated environment.

Familiarity with GxP guidelines is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education & Certification

A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.

Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 40.00 - 58.00

The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.

Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
