Process development implementation of innovative RIE (reactive ion etch) processes and technologies for HARM wafer manufacturing in a clean room environment.Evaluate RIE tools, new hardware features and processes scheme from outside vendor for future product development.Responsible for process development, improvement, and process transfer. Document processes and procedures, setup process related chart and implement process control scheme.Trouble-shoot process and tool related issues. Conduct defect analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process capability and robustness.Demonstrated ability to manage projects with set milestones and timelines. Present project plan and summary and execute it under minimal supervision.Work with production counterpart to transfer/implement new products/processes/tooling/methodology into production.Minimum Requirements

MS+4 yrs exp as indicated below, or a Ph.D in Physics, Chemistry, Materials science, or related engineering field.In-depth knowledge of vacuum process, equipment, metrologies, and thin film dry etch fundamentals.Prefer hands-on experience in vacuum process development in a clean room environment, especially in dry chemical etch area.Experience with DOE, SPC, APC, and JMP is a plus.Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to find correlation among large amounts of available data. Be able to make decisions and execute them in a timely manner.Be able to work with diverse teams and people from different backgrounds and from other departments and organizations.
