Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Our client seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to drive product growth. This role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation to customer service and product feedback. The successful candidate will be pivotal in enhancing client engagement and providing strategic advisory services for PE, VC, and Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Strategy:

Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and consultancies.

Develop frameworks to increase client engagement through tutorials and workshops.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Business Development:

Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials to clients and prospects.

Conduct industry research and analysis to support business development efforts.

Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic financial solutions.

Customer Feedback & Product Development:

Run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritize feedback with the engineering team.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and providing ongoing customer support.

Market & Industry Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies.

Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts to clients, essential for a small global team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.

Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
