Physical Therapist:Provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
Provides documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students.
Participates in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and one's self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education.
Ensures that all patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through quality care and input to medical management.
Education:Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:Current State licensure as Physical Therapist required.
AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
Experience:1 year of Physical Therapist experience required.
Experience in an outpatient setting.
Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program.
