Not open to C2C or C2H.This position is fully Remote/Work from Home and may be based anywhere in the continental United States.Seeking Business Analyst with significant experience configuring and administering Life insurance/Annuity products on one or more Policy Administration Systems.Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Provide cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications.Evaluate, analyze, and document requirements.Translate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configuration.Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-user departments.Identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations based on client's system needs.Assist in the recommendations to improve or support ongoing clients.Provide key expertise in data and business conversion.Assist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements.Execute tests and analyze the results.Produce data maps, business requirement documentation, process flows and other mapping documents.Attend client meetings. Understand and address client issues and escalations.Have extensive knowledge of the data integration process.Basic, Required Qualifications:
8+ years as a Business Analyst.5+ years in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry.1+ year working with data conversions.1+ year working with data migrations across platforms.3+ years working with Commission payments, commission schedules, commission rates, pay frequency, and commission statement file layout.3+ years working with agency, brokerage, and IMO hierarchies.3+ years working with licensing and appointment processes.Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $66,420 - $138,376. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.About NTT DATA Services
