This is a voluntary program serving adults aged 18-59.Shifts Available:Full Time; DAYS 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - FridayExpected starting minimum wage is $24.09. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.POSITION OBJECTIVEThe Billing / Data Specialist is responsible for all billing related tasks including collection of billing data, data entry into County MIS, running reports, and reconciliation of data. The incumbent must maintain accurate and detailed records and operate the phone console to provide direction and information for incoming calls.QUALIFICATIONSOne (1) year of general office experience is required and High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent. Necessary skills include data entry experience and knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and database software. The ability to work with minimum supervision, set work priorities, and function as a self-starter is essential. The ability to read, write, and speak English is crucial, as is the willingness to work with mentally impaired adults.
