Inclusively is partnering with a global creative agency to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer. Applicants with one or more of these conditions are encouraged to apply; Inclusively does not require applicants to disclose their specific disability.YOUR ROLE:Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements.Participate in new projects, from conceptualization to deployment.Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for scale.Work primarily with AWS cloud resources utilizing React, JavaScript, and Python.Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.Collaborate across time zones via MS Teams, Git comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences.REQUIRED SKILLS:At least five years of experience in building large-scale software applications.Ability to pass a background check and obtain basic security clearance.Experience in building web applications.Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.Knowledge of React, JavaScript, and Python.Knowledge of infrastructure as code and distributed service development.Strong knowledge of AWS, cloud architectural patterns, and best practices.Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, Code Commit.Strong database knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.Excellent debugging and optimization skills.Experience in unit/integration testing.Our hybrid work model:Our current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $110,000. This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications, etc. This is an exempt position.
