Software Trainer , you will play a key role in the delivery of external training solutions as well as troubleshooting and issue resolution. The analyst/trainer is a customer-facing role whose primary responsibility is ensuring the successful implementation of Clinical Supply Chain Solutions at healthcare facilities through the delivery of training and organizational effectiveness services. This position requires 75-80% travel to deliver on-the-job training to all levels of hospital staff, consult on change management, and support implementations as needed.Job Details
Reporting to the Strategic Success Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Solutions, this role will provide training and organizational effectiveness services to external stakeholders. You will contribute to the successful implementation and adoption through the delivery of training to users at all levels in the hospital to address the new technology and workflows. You will also use your persuasive power in sensitive situations and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on change management. This is a field-based position, primarily in the Baltimore/DC area, with some out-of-state travel.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and customize training plans that reflect customer needs and project specifics.Conduct effective on-site training for clinical/supply chain users as well as advanced function super users.Coordinate training activities at customer sites with other teams such as Project Management and Customer Success to ensure user adoption is successful and meets the specific needs of that site.Establish and communicate schedules and performance standards for delivery of quality training services, products, and processes.Leverage internal and external expertise to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations and training.Preferred Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to travel up to 100%. Travel throughout the DC and Baltimore areas and beyond to support ongoing client work.Undergraduate degree preferred. Advanced education in training, business, or related field a plus.4-6 years of experience in training delivery, software training and/or technical training.Dynamic, energetic training methods that capture the attention of the audience and adapt to the learner’s need.Proven record of strong relationship building organizational skills and the ability to work independently.High degree of adaptability and flexibility.Training demonstration and work sample upon request.Skills:
