As part of their ongoing expansion efforts, onePHG is seeking an experienced and determined Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team in Edina, MN.The Hearing Instrument Specialist (or Audiologist) will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, perform specialized tests, and create treatment plans for patients while taking full responsibility for the complete patient journey.ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive, diagnostic hearing evaluations for adult patients.Evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment and rehabilitation for tinnitus patientsHearing aid verification, including Real Ear Measurement and Speech MappingTaking complete ownership of the treatment, the continuing care, and the patient's journey.Dispensing and fitting hearing aids.Providing counseling and follow-up care.Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about Audiology news and updates.RequirementsAu.D. or master's-level degree in Audiology or, HIS/BC-HIS2+ years of experience fitting Hearing aidsAbility to make decisions and solve problems independently.BenefitsHealthcare Benefits StipendMatching 401KPTO and Paid HolidaysRelocation AssistanceLicensure, and Associations reimbursement
