General Manager (Food Service Director)
at
MontCare Wheaton , a 95 bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and healthcare center in
Wheaton, Maryland . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manager who is seeking to grow their career. This is a small community with tenured employees who work together as a supportive and motivated team. The General Manager ensures client and customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations.Sodexo offers a full array of benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and access to ongoing training and development programs, tuition reimbursement, plus health and wellness programs. This position starts with 3 weeks paid vacation and 3 personal days.Responsibilities
Oversee daily dining operations.Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership, and client board members.Control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved.Continuously update industry knowledge on current food trends and ingredients, making sure they lead the way in innovation and originality.Ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.Qualifications
