We are looking for a motivated analyst to enhance our support levels to our organization and lead various aspects of our team analytics and insights, contract reviews, and decision support tools. Prepare expense budgets, capital budgets, and monthly financial reports in coordination with management, business units, and staff.Prepare forecasts, monthly analyses, and projections related to the financial performance of the Company in comparison to established goals.Maintain a historical database of all reports and analysis.Identify cost savings and financial impact to quality of product or service.Develop new sourcing and analytical tools and improve existing reports to strengthen our financial understanding of the business and drive outstanding decision-making by senior management.Support in presentation material preparation for new product launches or enhancements to existing products. Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements for new initiatives.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support various departments, suppliers, and customers.Ability to interact with all departments in a very professional and customer service-oriented manner.Analyze operating results and monthly forecasts; identify challenges and research potential recommendations; provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial progress.Develop presentations for senior management and lead projects as assigned.Represent the department effectively to senior executives.Experience/Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA, or equivalent work experience.Big 5 accounting experience preferred.Three years or more of financial analysis or public accounting experience.Knowledge/Skills/Ablities

Effective & professional interpersonal skills.Strong financial modeling skills.Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to think analytically, creatively, and independently.Proven initiative and drive to achieve results.Familiarity with SAP and Business Warehouse.Manufacturing experience preferred.Possess good organization skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
