Employees are at the forefront of the company's success because every one of us is given the opportunity to provide suggestions, feedback, and direction.Why We're HiringWe’re hiring an Associate Director, Talent Relations who will liaise across departments company-wide to identify and secure meaningful talent to appear in our video content, branded content, and at our events and festivals. This position will report to the Senior Director, Talent Relations and will ensure that content is creative and on-brand. A successful candidate will have experience in digital media and e-commerce. The ideal candidate has refined judgment, great interpersonal skills, persistence in pursuing top guests, understanding of the merchandise space, and the ability to think creatively when booking guests for programs. Connections in and to the worlds of art, sneakers, fashion, pop culture, music, sports, creators, and health & wellness will be essential.What You'll DoOversee and manage day-to-day booking operations for Complex NTWRK.Serve as the primary point of contact for talent relations for each booking.Pitch our original segments, cultivating relationships and booking top guests who are creators, curators, and experts.Work with Content, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Merchandise teams to best understand our needs.Conduct pre-interviews and relevant research for booked guests.Coordinate with on-air talent on research/pre-interviews and booking guests & creators with diverse points of view.Deliver detailed and accurate guest coordination information to tech/control room team for in-studio or remote interviews.Confirm and contract talent, coordinate logistics, oversee each booking execution, and conduct recaps.Respond quickly to short timelines with last-minute guest bookings.Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, sometimes driven by last-minute product requirements.Handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines.Remain current on local events & trends and source potential leads in major markets.Maintain effective communication.Travel for work-related events & shoots.Perform general office administration, including but not limited to: Following up on leads, phone calls, emails, scheduling, faxing, emailing, organizing, and maintaining files.Who You AreSenior level booker with a minimum of 8 years of experience booking guests.A candidate with excellent grammar skills, communication skills, and great phone etiquette.A candidate who understands the concept of customer service, and a strong sense of commitment to the company and brand.Highly professional, articulate, trustworthy, responsible, self-motivated, well organized, a fast learner, and someone who works well with clear direction.What We OfferBest in class health, dental, and vision insurance.Healthcare FSA.Dependent Care FSA.Commuter Benefits FSA.Short-term/long-term disability and life insurance.Paid Parental leave.401k with 4% match.Pet Insurance.Legal and Identity Theft Plans.Vacation time and sick days.$140,000 - $150,000 a yearThe Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
