What You Can Expect

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for ENGIE North America's expanding renewables portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Renewables Global Business Unit (RGBU) Asset Management, Operations, Partnership teams, and our wholesale market-facing Global Energy Management Services team (GEMS) to gain a deep understanding of operational profitability drivers, risks, and liquidity management. Additionally, you will be a key member of ENGIE's finance team, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly results for management, partnerships, and group reporting. In this role, you will participate in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews for RGBU Management and ENGIE Group Corporate reporting, highlighting business performance and evolution based on operational and project-specific drivers. Your tracking of key financial indicators will provide early warnings to management and actionable information to advance the RGBU strategy. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the RGBU Director of FP&A.

Responsibilities:Direct the development of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and medium-term business plans (MTP), collaborating with other Business divisions ensuring consistency with ENGIE and partners guidelinesUnder the supervision of the VP FP&A, prepare supporting materialsEnsure the Regional Services and more broadly the NorthAm budget and MTP data is accurately and timely loaded into reporting systemsImplement efficiency and control enhancing process improvementsManage the monthly Group reporting processes, including thorough management analysis of P&L and Cash-Flow Statement components by portfolioLead or participate as the FP&A expert in cross-functional projects, as needed, which may include IT tools, processes, strategic transactions, or other initiativesSupport VP Head of FP&A on recurring transversal analysis (Cash Analysis, G&A performance) or ad'hoc transversal analysis

What You'll BringA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related fieldA minimum of five (5) years of experience in business financial analysis, financial reporting or accountingExperience in energy markets and/or accounting knowledge would be a plusPolished executive level written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of EnglishProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP solutions (S4, SAC, BFC, Cartesis), and/or Power BIProject management skills focused on meeting multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracyCross-organizational coordination skills ensuring on-time delivery of results and presentationsSelf-motivated desire to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines, potentially outside of usual US business hours

Additional DetailsThis role is eligible for our hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of 3 days at an ENGIE officeMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range:

$74,500- $104,265 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
