As the Manager, Retail IT Operations of Delta Galil Premium Brands, the role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of IT strategies tailored to support the growth and profitability of the retail stores. This role will support the IT day-to-day functions – including weekend support. This role will represent all of the retail stores.Retail Systems: lead and provide support for all IT projects internally and in collaboration with external partners for implementation, integration, and maintenance.Manage and oversee project management duties for assigned retail integration engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Champion and facilitate change management efforts during integration projects.Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to customers and process owners throughout the integration process.Proactively identify project risks and escalate issues appropriately.Monitor internal operations to ensure adherence to established processes, policies, and timelines, promoting successful customer outcomes.Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer pre-and post-product implementations, ensuring ongoing communication and customer satisfaction.Develop best practice workflows, written processes, policies, and procedures to support customer management of product output during implementation and operations, maximizing product utilization.Research and development on new retail technology platforms to provide recommendations for enhancements for identified business needs – specifically, Omni channel.Retail Support Tickets: provide day-to-day support for retail stores to ensure all open IT tickets are resolved in a timely manner with our POS provider and internal network IT – including software and hardware issues.Retail New Store Opening Set Up: working with cross-functional partners to schedule and confirm ISP installation, network hardware installation, POS hardware set-up/configuration.Retail Platform Upgrade + Integrations: work with cross-functional partners to scope requirements, implement, test, and provide field documentation and training for all platform integrations.Retail IT Inventory: work with cross-functional partners (Finance, Inventory Control) and the retail store teams to ensure retail stores are receipting in inventory in a timely manner for Finance reconciliation.Collaborate with the Finance and key department leaders to design, develop, and deliver operational reports and analyses displaying product ROI and cost savings/increased revenue by facility.Troubleshoot, support, and enhance a complex transaction-processing infrastructure, providing technical guidance and support to transaction processing developers, merchant partners, and Point of Sale (POS) vendors.Lead the collection and translation of business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for software development, participating in new integration and implementation projects to deliver unmatched products and services.RequirementsProven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service principles.SAP Integrations is a plus.Must be available on weekends to support retail store teams.A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.Salary Description

$80,000-$90,000
