This position is considered hybrid, which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. The Not-for-Profit Group provides services to social service and charitable agencies, professional and trade associations, foundations, educational institutions, arts and cultural organizations, and religious organizations. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackGain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadershipYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmBachelor’s Degree requiredCPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the examStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsAt CohnReznick, we are dedicated to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
