This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep data management and analytics understanding.DescriptionManage the entire lifecycle of data governance platform projects, from conception through deployment and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, set timelines, allocate resources, and assess risks. Ensure the data governance platform's architecture supports current and future business needs, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and lifecycle management. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management in data platform development or a similar field.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and specific data technologies.Prior experience with Data and ML Platforms.Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations relevant to the industry.Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant experience.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $278,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
