We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced Austin-based sales professional to join our Design Team. As a Sales/Design Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients, designing spaces, managing projects, and building enduring customer relationships with a focus on unsurpassed service and professionalism. You will identify, evaluate, and design solutions to meet the needs and satisfy your clients. Additionally, the Design Consultant will develop trade business by calling on Interior Designers, Custom Home Builders, Architects, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of outside sales experience
Strong visual skills and sense of aesthetic and style
Self-disciplined, personable, punctual, driven, and organized
Superb follow-up and follow-through skills
Solid communication and time management skills
Ability to work from a home-based office
Reliable car and a laptop computer
Business technology skills (email, Microsoft Office)
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
Earning potential of 50K-120K based upon skill, drive, and ambition.
Our company is based in central Texas in the Austin-San Antonio region. Some training would be required in San Antonio, as well as occasional meetings a few times a year.
