This position will also be responsible for identifying target customers, developing relationships with key decision makers, and working with local branches of key distributors to ensure product availability.This position is in the territory and requires approximately 75% travel.Key AccountabilitiesIdentify Zurn Elkay Finish Product customers with the largest installation base in the territory to drive aftermarket sales. Develop relationships with key decision makers and showcase Zurn Elkay Finish products' value propositions.Identify competitors' customers with the largest installation base in the territory to drive aftermarket sales. Gather customer feedback on what is not working and what needs to change.Identify key distributors in the territory and prepare a list of branches to target based on the level of opportunity by branch. Visit branches on a biweekly/monthly basis.Work closely with ECOM and MRO channel teams within the territory to leverage their relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive demand.Join ASM, rep, and ZEWS training teams in lunch learns, training courses, and sales calls focused on aftermarket, repair, and MRO.Work with Zurn Elkay product managers and Marketing Product Manager to develop aftermarket-specific promotions, campaigns, and incentives.Track yearly progress of aftermarket orders and sales in the territory. Complete root cause analysis and countermeasures if behind plan.Provide feedback to ZEWS BUs on competitors and customers to drive improvement. Monitor trends or changes in the market and customer behavior.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in Business or equivalent field required.10+ years of experience in selling finish plumbing products preferably in aftermarket, repair, and MRO.Experience in the manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing & mechanical, or similar industry required.Must have the ability to train and motivate a sales force, and develop and execute strategic and tactical action plans.Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.Uses compelling arguments and influence to gain the support and commitment of others.Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
