Purpose of Position

The Program Manager, Training Management Systems is responsible for the coordination of the programs and processes that manage crewmember qualifications and currency. The Program Manager plans, executes, measures, and corrects assignments to design, test, and implement solutions that help NetJets, Inc. business units maintain compliance with government and business regulations. This position requires close coordination between Training & Standards, IT, FAA, NJE/EJM/EJME, outside vendors, and system user groups to address daily issues, scheduled and unscheduled enhancements/modifications, and projects.Tasks and Responsibilities

Key point of contact for reports and reporting development within the electronic recordkeeping system for all NetJets, Inc. business units.Develop methods to secure and audit information across platforms.Work to strengthen the company's training management systems through innovative initiatives that fully utilize global departmental resources. Ensure all documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Interact effectively with stakeholders to meet all global compliance requirements. Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure proper training documentation (records) is produced to maintain compliance.Provide ongoing support to global user communities for completed assignments and all technical aspects regarding crewmember compliance and training systems.Enforce consistent departmental standards throughout the development and completion of each assignment. Adhere to the schedule and stay on budget. Exercise a global view and include input from all required stakeholders to achieve global solutions.
