Seeking energetic Customer Support Specialist where you will be responding to customer queries (via phone and helpdesk tickets) in a timely and accurate way, identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our software, analyze and report product malfunctions and more.

Position is located in El Dorado Hills, Hours: 8-5 Mon - Fri.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in Microsoft Office suite especially ExcelMust be able to multi-taskPatience when handling complex situationsFamiliarity with QuickBooks is a plus.Interviews are being scheduled NOW!
