Project Manager | Multifamily

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.Client DetailsOur client is a premier General Contractor located in the Twin Cities, currently involved in numerous high-profile projects in the multifamily space. They are seeking candidates with extensive experience, hungry to learn and willing to grow. Their hope is to find an individual that can arrive and prove themselves worthy of more seniority and responsibility.DescriptionProvide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture.Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals.Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met.Review monthly invoices and oversee documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project.Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals.Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts.Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations.Profile5+ years of construction experience.Strong background in Multifamily construction.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job OfferBase salary of $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience.Performance-based bonus potential.Fast-tracked career progression.Car allowance or company truck.Competitive Family Health Insurance Plans.Paid Maternity/Paternity leave.401k plan with company contributions.Short-term/Long-term disability.
