Hybrid / 3-4 days in office / 1 day remoteJob OverviewWe are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative solutions in alignment with our seasonal marketing and brand objectives across various digital channels as well as print, video, event and packaging. This role requires a strong eye for design, a willingness to work across both highly creative and production tasks, a collaborative spirit, willingness to meet deadlines and a proactive approach to staying current with design trends.Position Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creative solutions for email marketing, SMS, social media, digital ads, web design, and print collateral as they relate to our seasonal marketing and brand objectives.Social channel design work including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and paid advertising such as Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Display ads, and other marketing and programmatic ads.Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing team to create online digital content and experiences that drive strong engagement and conversion.Create and update elevated designs and layouts daily and seasonally as they relate to social content, product launches, and marketing campaigns.Maintain visual brand integrity while considering new trends and seasonal concepts, delivering assets with the proper web and mobile requirements.Maintain regular communication with project managers and interdepartmental teams.Solicits and assimilates design feedback and executes revisions with a high level of accuracy.Demonstrates eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide a fresh perspective.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative space.Work with ASANA project management system.Qualifications / Experience / Skills4+ years of experience in digital design, e-commerce experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or related field.Working knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma.Clean and elevated sense of visual design with impeccable understanding in typography, composition, and colors.Understanding of social channel and paid advertising best practices.Basic understanding of video editing.Experience with hand illustration.Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality deliverables.TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / EQUIPMENT USED / PHYSICAL TASKSOffice / Desk Workstation.Air Conditioned.Computer / Laptop / Standard Office Equipment.Continual sitting, standing, walking, hand and finger, computer use.Occasional lifting 20-30 lbs of equipment.Z SUPPLY PERKSAt Z SUPPLY, Departments Work Cross-functionally Enabling Everyone To Further Their Knowledge And Expertise In An Inclusive, Supportive Environment That Is Committed To Healthy Work/life Balance, Peer Mentorship, And Community Outreach.
