Look no further! We’re currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Teacher / Caregiver. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in nurturing young minds, fostering growth, and supporting their development.Responsibilities:Create a Safe Environment:

Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for children.Supervise Activities:

Monitor children’s play and interactions, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior.Hygiene and Care:

Attend to children’s hygiene needs, including diapering & toileting and teaching them the importance of handwashing.Meals & Nutrition:

Help serve meals and snacks. Join children at the table to model manners and converse as you enjoy the meal together.Curriculum Implementation:

Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs from our curriculum.Record Keeping:

Maintain records of each child’s progress, interests, and any issues.Parent Communication:

Keep parents informed about their child’s experiences.Team Collaboration:

Adapts to the needs of children and the program. Is willing to learn.QUALIFICATIONSFor Teacher / Caregiver:A combination of experience and training is required. Applicants should be Caregiver qualified by

standards. Besides a HS Diploma/GED, they may have:12 College Credits in Early Childhood

OR

30 hours of Infant/Toddler Development Training .12-24 months of experience

in a licensed childcare program with children under 36 months.If you don’t quite meet these requirements, don’t fret!
