OneSource provides payment technology and business processes to corporate customers and their employees. The right leader will want to stay close to the technology while directing a team of skilled professionals, be inspired by the challenges that come with staying up to date on Financial Technology trends, and savor the freedom to meet goals in a culture that is based on getting exceptional results. As the leader of the Corporate IT team, the Director will: Lead, manage, and develop a team of engineers to design, deploy, and manage corporate IT infrastructure and production hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure 24x7 availability Lead and manage a team of end-user support analysts to deliver technical support for a global workforce located in corporate and remote offices Track initiatives to the Corporate IT budget Plan for, manage, and support key corporate applications Create, maintain and execute key plans such as: High Availability Architecture, Data Backup, Disaster Recovery and IT Asset Management Establish regular communications and coordinate with IT leadership across Information Security, Privacy, Trust & Compliance and DevOps Support IT audits and data security policies Communicate new initiatives and training materials to operational and R&D groups Establish positive, productive relationships with OSV leadership and foster a user-centric service mentality within the team that delivers measurable performance metrics Supervisory Responsibility

This role has supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline At least 7 years of management and/or leadership across a range of individual skillsets Experience creating and managing technology budgets evaluating and selecting solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships At least 7 years of experience supporting global corporate IT Infrastructure At least 7 years of experience supporting end user computing, including Windows, Mac, and common business applications such as Microsoft Office including regular operating system and application upgrades Experience supporting 24 x 7 business operations and providing on-call support as required by the business Experience with computing asset management, developing hardware and software standards, inventory lifecycle management, and hardware refresh cycles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including robust troubleshooting skills with a focus on preventative actions and root cause analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer relationship management Self-starter who is smart, curious and always motivated to stay on top of technical trends Technical competency in the following areas:

Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure preferred) VMWare, Docker, K8s and related technology Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory Cisco Networking – Routers, Switches, and Firewalls Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online Back Office infrastructure management IT Ticketing systems are a must. ZenDesk is a plus Database technology and infrastructure management is a plus Azure DevOps experience is a plus
