As the
Chief Financial Officer (Senior Director)
of the Honeywell Thermal Solutions business unit, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive the growth of the business. In this role, you will partner closely with the Business President and senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansion and optimize operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in developing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of the organization and ensuring long-term profitability.
You will report directly to the CFO of the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions division and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growthPartnering closely with the Business President and senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansionConducting financial analysis and forecasting to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiencyCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with overall business objectivesMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvementProviding insights and recommendations to drive long-term profitability and mitigate financial risksLeading and mentoring a team of finance professionalsEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadershipPreparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior executives and the board of directorsDriving financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing resource allocation.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related rolesPrior experience in a leadership or director-level roleProven track record of developing and executing strategies to drive business growthStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of financial principles and practicesProficiency in financial analysis softwareAbility to effectively lead and inspire a teamExcellent communication and presentation skillsWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldCPA or relevant certifications preferredStrategic thinking and a proven ability to drive financial initiativesOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesA deep commitment to the company's mission and values, along with a passion for contributing to its growth and success.About HoneywellHoneywell International Inc.
