Managing a sales team in the industrial automation industry required.Responsibilities:
Experience in the industrial market, selling to industrial OEMs.Identify market, competitive, and segment issues and opportunities in the assigned territory. Formulate a business plan and introduce sales initiatives that address or capitalize on situations and opportunities. Identify sales opportunities and recommend effective strategies for conversion.Maintain professional relationships with key personnel to foster trust and influence opportunities.Maximize sales effectiveness through lead generation, communication and sharing of market segment information, introductions and coordination of market segment programs, and attending trade shows. Handle customer orders, complaints, and requests for information and data concerning market segments, products, capabilities, availability, and prices expeditiously and effectively.Acquire knowledge of users and distribution personnel to preserve existing business and enhance the introduction of new products. Establish and maintain effective records to enhance planning and follow-up activities.Support goals through the collection and communication of information related to competitive manufacturers, products, sales personnel, practices, and the major accounts they manage.Education:
Bachelor’s degree required – Engineering preferredTotal Compensation Range:
130,000.00 to 160,000.00 depending on experience
