$192,700 - $256,900Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Salinas and Gilroy, CAThe Job You Will Perform:Accountable for profit and loss of two or more facilities, including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics.Position reports to the NAC Region General Manager and manages a direct staff including Manufacturing Manager, Complex Controller, and Sales Manager.Sales, including local sales, customer service, and partnering with region sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals, identifying and targeting market segments, deploying division pricing strategy.Strategic Planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes.Human Resources, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development and employee labor relations.Financial Management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls.Environmental, health and safety, including company policy and laws, state and federal regulations.The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:At least 7 years corrugated experience.BS or Equivalent Experience preferred.Proven Safety Leadership.Building Effective Teams.Drives Engagement.Command Skills.Understands Multi-cultural work environments.Virtual/Distance Leadership.Customer Focus.Managing Vision and Purpose.Business Acumen / Cross border International Trade.People Development.Strategic Agility.Effective Communication.The Benefits You Will Enjoy:
