Delivers code on time independently, meeting the Definition of DoneOperates as a "full-stack" developer on at least one platform and technologyDevelops and has demonstrated depth in two or more technologies or platformsMentors more junior developers in pair-programming sessionsProvides design guidance within an established architectureApplies patterns and SOLID principles as second-natureSets up development environments from scratchProvides hosting requirements for deploymentCreates new builds in an established CI infrastructure and deploys code to established infrastructureDesigns features with supervisionTrains new team members in source control management, continuous integration, and story management toolsIdentifies and proposes design and performance improvements to client applications, systems and processesRaises issues to clientsResolves issues 1:1 with client peersBasic Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on, professional experience developing in C#3+ years of experience in Xamarin development3+ years of experience with JSON, XAML/XML, and Web Services3+ years of experience working with .NET technologies including at least one of the following: Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI3+ years of experience working with Databases3+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development (SOLID principles)2+ years of experience with unit testing1+ year of experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS and/or other related front-end web technologies1+ year of experience working with the Agile methodology/SCRUM processPreferred Skills:
1+ year of experience with other mobile development languages such as Swift, Objective C, JavaScript2+ years of experience working with AzureSolid understanding of Continuous Integration, server operating systems and cloud hosting models, able to setup development environment from scratch, and create new CI builds within an established CI pipeline and deploy to established infrastructureAbility to implement and consume SOAP or REST servicesDemonstrates proficiency in advanced debugging and troubleshooting tools and techniquesStrong database programming skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in technical discipline desiredAbout NTT DATA Services
