The pay range is $83,200.00 - $130,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. You lead a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders (where applicable) that are committed to supporting teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations and a place where teams love to work. As the Executive Team Leader HR, most of your time is spent with the team and on the sales floor, being a consultant to your peers and seeing first-hand how you can continuously propel the business forward.As an Executive Team Leader Human Resources, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth.Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change.Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends.Know and assess the competition; leverage guest insights and feedback.Champion a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop.Build teams committed to continuous learning.Support the leadership team in ensuring equitable experiences.Engage and educate store team on Target’s community initiatives.Build relationships that are important to the store’s community.Take an active role in the development of leaders.Lead an open-door culture where team members feel heard.Support leadership with creating schedules that fit both the guest and team members' needs.Decrease fluctuations within team member schedules.Leverage your expertise to guide all store leaders in hiring and onboarding.Develop a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders (if applicable).Effectively plan and manage all team operational and cyclical programs.Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations.Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).All other duties based on business needs.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe might be a great match if:Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited.Providing service to our guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET! excites you.Leading teams who are stocking, setting, and selling Target product sounds like your thing.You aren’t looking for a Monday thru Friday job where you are at a computer all day.The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be an Executive Team Leader Human Resources but there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:4 year degree or equivalent experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong business acumen.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.Learn and adapt to current technology needs.Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.We are an awesome place to work and care about our teams, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.Interpret instructions, reports, and information.Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.Accurately handle cash register operations.Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
