POSITION OVERVIEWThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the Company's ongoing strategy to source, attract, and recruit top talent. The primary responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. This position will execute long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Market open positions via the Company’s careers page and job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiterSource candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.Engage with active and passive talent and connect them to current job opportunitiesConduct prescreening interviews with candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviewsEvaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager reviewSchedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholdersAnticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacanciesPartner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate competencies and draft job descriptionsCommunicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview processPartner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and qualityWork closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedbackProvide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staffBuild awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook or TwitterBuild and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in talent acquisition processesManage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring processCommunicate regularly with candidatesPerform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talentDraft and utilize templates for talent acquisition communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer lettersTrack and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practicesTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set, considering a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.SALARY$60000 per year - $70000 per year
