Valeo Resources has partnered with a nationwide EAP group, and we're looking to add a Counselor to the team in the Twin Cities! In this role, you will be working with US Customs and Border Protection employees. The position is about 20% counseling - the rest of the duties are a mixture of attending shift meetings, collaborating with management, workshops/trainings, etc.

Requirements:
Must hold independent clinical mental health license in the state of Minnesota (LPCC / LICSW / LMFT / etc.)Experience working with employee conflict resolution and facilitating workshops/training strongly preferred.Must have desire to work with law enforcement population in an unconventional work environment (airports, customs and border protection stations, etc.)Experience with short term solution focused and/or grief therapy required.
